Display template for iRacing with Radio/Spotter feature

Hey!

What about a custom display with the ability to change Radio channel, volume, mute and Spotter gain?



Here it is a good base to start your own NASCAR custom display with Radio/Spot features. Check the new ButtonBox tutorial in Getting Started section to see how to map button and encoders to iRacing Radio/Spotter functions.


Custom display template:

Installation:
- extract the zip archive
- copy entire directory (nascar_radio_spotter) to ..vdash_template/ directory
- then select "Set/Load Template..." from VDASH-EMU editor to load the custom display

SLIMax Manager Pro Setup:


Check the VDASH-EMU ButtonBox layout, here.

- Radio Channel encoder is mapped to input index 29/30
- Radio Mute to button 9
- Radio Volume to encoder 27/29
- Spotter Volume to encoder 25/26

SLIMax Mgr Pro setup (this is an ultra basic setup to show how to map the button to sequence of keystroke and send keyb keys to iRacing simulation):

SETUP INSTALLATION:
- download the .cfg file
- move it inside c:\SLIMax Manager\cfg\ directory
- select the new setup in "Select Device Setup" menu of SLIMax Mgr Pro
