Why this didn't work as expected?

In 99,9% of case the issue is from your side! Double check your firewall rules and your windows configuration.

IS THE SOFTWARE UP TO DATE?

UPDATE YOUR SOFTWARE, you can't get your license automatically if you do not have the LATEST VERSION of the software. select "Check For Update" or Download / Install the latest version from our website.

A- Check your email SPAM or JUNK mailbox folder FIRST you may have an IMPORTANT notification pending and you MUST read it before getting started.

B- did you check the FAQ? search the forum? and read the Getting Started Section before submit your report? you will never get a reply if it is ALREADY written in the doc...

C- did you DOUBLE check your serial number? you probably registered a WRONG SERIAL NUMBER, check your serial and compare with the one you have...

D- your SERIAL NUMBER has been changed for whatever reason and no longer match the one you registered, you need an additional license, read the corresponding faq

E- you didn't install the manager or the emulator correctly, read again the instructions to do a SUPER CLEAN installation

F- your installation is corrupted or out dated, check for update to get the latest software

G- your account Profile (Link to Profile) contains *ALL* your registered licenses and your EKSIMRacing Dollars Credit. Use your Profile to compare your registered serial number with your current serial number. if they doesn't match then you need to purchase a new license or contact us.

H- you didn't configure the simulations or games to receive telemetry data, read the FAQ how to configure game in game plugins section.

I- you didn't install the BRIDGE software to make the bridge between the simulation/game and the software manager, go to plugins page and read carefully the instructions to see if you need or not to install and configure a game BRIDGE

J- you install a new plugin but you didn't ACTIVATE it or activate the wrong version of the plugin (32/64bit), open the Plugins Manager from SLIMax Mgr Pro and activate the plugin

K- You must configure the UDP network port of each VDASH-EMU if you use more than one VDASH-EMU at a time, see the VDASH-EMU User Guide.

L- IMPORTANT: We will never ask you to reset or update your Android/Windows OS tablet or phone dedicated for the VDASH-EMU. Read this FAQ for more info.

M- REMINDER if you own a SIM Race LCD display from SIM Display it is recommended to use VDASH-EMU For SIM Race LCD and not VDASH-EMU for Windows.

N- Your license is valid but our software keeps asking for the license at startup, this is a common Windows 10 permissions issue and the culprit is your FIREWALL or ANTIVIRUS which prevents to write down the license on your hard drive, check the link below to read how to cleanup your firewall rules or turn it off during your tests (you need to restart the PC after any settings change).

O- VIRTUALBOX Conflict: VirtualBox HOST Ethernet adapter is catching/rerouting all inbound UDP stream and prevents SLIMax Manager Pro to communicate with VDASH-EMU. Disable the VIRTUALBOX Ethernet adapter on your Windows to be able to use the software.

P- Installation of the software on a cloud drive like OneDrive may not work properly
