License and Pricing:
The software license is almost free and is obtained by making a donation to our nonprofit Foundation. Donations start at $1 or €1. To receive software support and full access to all features, a minimum donation of $5 or €5 is required.

License Validity
The software license is valid for 10 years from the initial activation date, unless otherwise stated. If you make a donation for this license during this period, the expiration date will automatically be extended for another 10 years. In case your license expires by error, simply sign in to your account and submit a request to reactivate it, provided you’ve donated.

Can I use the software commercially or in any business context?
The license is for *PERSONAL USE ONLY*
if you run the software (all versions)in ANY BUSINESS CONTEXT then a PRO Annual Subscription or a PRO Device License is needed to be in conformity of our Terms And Conditions (read the FAQ to get all benefit of PRO Registration). Any violation of our terms of use may result in the termination without notice of all previously registered licenses.

You should get your PRO Subscription or PRO license to be in conformity of our Terms And Conditions if you run the software (all versions) in ANY BUSINESS CONTEXT.
if you supply hardware with device (custom Steering wheel modded, shift-light/buttons box, cockpit, dashboard, simulator, … ) or provide a racing simulation services for drivers of any kind (services for entertainment or any other type of simulation service) that use our software or demo it with them read this FAQ to get all benefit of PRO Registration.

Privacy Policy:
The personal information are collected when your register your device to create your customer record for software support subscription and to generate your license key, these information ARE NOT SHARED WHIT ANY ONE OR ANY COMPANY and are kept CONFIDENTIAL. As soon as you no longer use the device you can ask EKSIMRacing to delete your customer record. As written in the FAQ the license Key is transferable to a new owner of the device (the software support subscription is NOT transferable and the new owner needs to complete the registration to get software support).

Refund Policy:
EKSIMRacing offers a free access to our software to register your device, so that you have time to test out before you purchase. Therefore, all sales are final and no refunds are available after purchase.

If you feel you have an extenuating circumstance that requires a refund, you may contact us with your reasons for requesting a refund and we will review it. Refund exceptions are determined at the sole discretion of EKSIMRacing. If a refund is given, a 10% admin fee can be deducted from the refund amount.

Duration:
The current terms and conditions of use, software support and updates are valid for current version 1.x and beta 0.9.x of Ledsmaster, 3.x of SLIMax Manager Pro, version 1.x of MotionMax Manager and for the version 1.x of digital dash Emulator (VDASH-EMU). Others software terms and conditions expire after 2 years of use and shall be renewed automatically for a further year up under the same conditions, unless written notification to the contrary is received or notified on website, mail or public announcement.

Termination:
Your account can be terminated in case of abuses or at your sole discretion. In case of abuses or violation of our terms and conditions, the corresponding account and all its registered licenses can be banned (licenses will no longer working with our software) as well as the access to our website and software support.

License and Pricing:

The software license requires a contribution to EKSIMRacing foundation (we accept only $ USD United States dollar and € EURO).

Refund Policy Addendum (Offline Licenses)

For certain customers, offline licenses may be granted for THE SOFTWARE, allowing use without an internet connection after initial activation. Due to the nature of offline licensing and the security measures in place, all offline license purchases are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the means required to operate THE SOFTWARE in offline mode. In the event of loss or damage, a replacement device may be provided at the customer’s expense; however, the original offline license will be void and a new license will be generated exclusively for the original customer. The customer is entitled to up to three (3) free license regeneration during the validity period of the offline license. Any further license regeneration requests beyond this limit may incur additional fees or be subject to the licensor’s approval. Offline licenses for THE SOFTWARE are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to any other party under any circumstances. Under no circumstances does loss, damage, or replacement of the device entitle the customer to a refund. By purchasing and activating an offline license, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these conditions.

PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT (ABSTRACT)

This Personal & Commercial License Agreement (“Agreement“) is entered into between EKSIMRacing Foundation (“Publisher”), Zappadoc (“Author”), and the individual or entity who downloads, installs, or uses the software (“Licensee“).

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to payment of the License Fee (defined below), the Publisher and Author hereby grant the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install, use, and integrate the full version of the zCube Python Developer Kit (“THE SOFTWARE“) for both personal and commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. LICENSE FEE

Licensee agrees to pay a one-time, non-refundable License Fee in the amount specified at the time of registration or purchase (in USD or EUR) to the Publisher. Upon confirmation of payment and generation of the license key, Licensee will be able to activate THE SOFTWARE.

3. PERMITTED USES

The Licensee may:
a. Integrate THE SOFTWARE into commercial or proprietary products or services.
b. Modify THE SOFTWARE for internal development or customization.
c. Distribute compiled applications that incorporate THE SOFTWARE, provided that:

THE SOFTWARE is not distributed or exposed as a standalone module, library, script, or API.
The resulting application represents a meaningful and original product, not a simple wrapper or direct derivative of THE SOFTWARE.

4. RESTRICTIONS

The Licensee may not:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of a jurisdiction selected by the Publisher or Author at the time of dispute resolution, which may include but is not limited to the laws of France or Canada.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the selected jurisdiction, and the Licensee hereby submits to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to THE SOFTWARE and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.

By installing, activating, or using THE SOFTWARE, the Licensee acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated herein.

EKSIMRacing is a foundation a non profit organization dedicated to promote the sim racing since 2007. All our projects are funded by donations or self-financed with equity and we’re all volunteers.

** IMPORTANT: READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY **

License and Pricing:
The software license is almost free it requires a simple contribution of any amount to EKSIMRacing foundation (we accept only $ USD United States dollar and EURO € ).

General Terms and Conditions (abstract):
Redistributing our software shall not be allowed without our prior written consent (send an email with a short description of your company). Downloading the application from other website shall not be allowed without our prior written consent and is NOT RECOMMENDED.

Professional License (abstract):
if you supply hardware with device (custom Steering wheel modded, shiftlight/buttons box, cockpit, dasboard, simulator, … ) or provide a racing simulation services for drivers of any kind (services for entertainment or any other type of simulation service) that use our software or demo it with them read this FAQ to get all benefit of PRO Registration.

Privacy Policy:
The personal information are collected when your register your device to create your customer record for software support subscription and to generate your license key, these information ARE NOT SHARED WHIT ANY ONE OR ANY COMPANY and are kept CONFIDENTIAL. As soon as you no longer use the device you can ask EKSIMRacing Foundation to delete your customer record. As written in the FAQ the license Key is transferable to a new owner of the device (the software support subscription is NOT transferable and the new owner needs to complete the registration to get software support).

Refund Policy:
EKSIMRacing Foundation offers a free access to our software to register your device, so that you have time to test out before you purchase. this why this is important to match the system requirements and install the software before registering your license. Therefore, all sales are final and no refunds are available after purchase.
If you feel you have an extenuating circumstance that requires a refund, you may contact us with your reasons for requesting a refund and we will review it. Refund exceptions are determined at the sole discretion of EKSIMRacing Foundation. If a refund is given, a 10% admin fee can be deducted from the refund amount.
