license key not found solved

ive had to format my pc and when i loaded in my  slimmax manager pro its asking for me to load in my license key but i cant seem to do it could you help me. ive also just added a new donation so i need help

You attempted to download the license from an old version of SLIMax Manager Pro. You need the latest version of the software to get your license. Read your pm for more info.

I've been a member with you for several years and I've also given donations over the years so why is it now my license key is not recognized. its saying its the wrong one. could you help me. thanks

Thanks for your inquiry. You ask WHY? Did you read the message sent to you?
 
we told you in the previous message (and here) to UPDATE the SLIMax Manager Pro and I just checked the licensing server logs you're still using the old version of software. so double check your installation as you ARE NOT USING THE LATEST SOFTWARE...

So please UPDATE the software and everything will be okay. if you need assistance read again our previous message and ask your question here.

Update the software meaning:
- download the latest software from EKSIMRacing website

- install and Check For Update to get the latest plugins
