While signing up you may have received a notification stating:
“Regrettably, your application to join the support cannot be processed.” This may be due to one of the reasons below, in which case you should be able to sign up again.
*IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY*
- contact your hardware supplier if you need assistance on your motion simulator hardware, we do not do hardware support,
- if you're interested by MotionMax Manager software for your motion simulator read the registration page (see the link below) or contact us,
Signing up was not possible because:
- license expired and donation not found, after 10 years without any donation to our nonprofit foundation (read our terms and usage for more info). To renew your sign up and comply with our terms of use, we kindly ask for a minimum donation for your license to our non profit organization starting at $1 (1€) only and $5 or 5€ or more to include the software support.
- your donation has been not found or incomplete, to comply with our terms of use, we kindly ask for a minimum donation for your license to our non profit organization. Your contribution (donation) to our foundation is required to create your support account.
- your license is already valid (second hand equipment ) but your donation is not found and needed to create your support account
- your registration of your TS-PC Racer Ferrari 488 Challenge Edition or Fanatec was incomplete (donation not found or wrong serial number ),
- your registration was not necessary (double account not allowed or license is free without software support),
- or incomplete registration.
- SIM Display owners you need to make your donation to sign up and create your support account,
- or your SRW S1 Steering Wheel contains a '*' in its serial number, the firmware is corrupted (contact your hardware supplier and try to replace your steering wheel),
- your account name is not acceptable (contains an inappropriate or offensive word), sign up again with your name,
- or simply because your support account has expired and you need to make your donation to renew your subscription
ATTENTION: Signing Up for your support account IS NOT A GAME, you need to enter the correct information or your record will be discarded.
REMINDER: You already have a FREE access to the online documentation, tutorials (topics and video), FAQ and Getting Started section related to your device, emulator, Ledsmaster and MotionMax Manager. 99% of requests are already in the doc, tutorials and faq.
