Assetto Corsa Porsche GT3 R 2016 Cosworth Omega Dash

ATTENTION: You need to install the Cosworth Omega "Original Black" V2 Background Texture Pack available here:
https://www.eksimracing.org/forum/index.php?topic=3349.0

- extract zip archive
- copy the entire folder "AC_PorscheGT3R2016" inside your vdash_template/ directory

vdash_template
    AC_PorscheGT3R2016
       preview_AC_PORSCHEGT3R2016EK.png
       cosworth.jpg
       CosworthOmegabV2_bluebackground.png
       CosworthOmegabV2_CarSignalIconFuel.png
       CosworthOmegabV2_Frontmask.png
       CosworthOmegabV2_PorscheHeadline.png
       CosworthOmegabV2_PorscheLogo.png
       CosworthOmegabV2_PorscheLogo_bg_lower_right.png
       eksimracing.jpg
       AC_PORSCHEGT3R2016EK.json

- then select menu "Set/Load Template" to choose and load "AC_PORSCHEGT3R2016EK.json" into the current page (the template should find the correct background if you copy the pictures correctly)

You can delete the Porsche Logos to use it with other cars to display the original Cosworth Logo.

The Cosworth Omega dash background is originally created by mrliister. thank you!

Special Notes:
you can change the background color of the display (like used in AC) via coloring the entired layer "CosworthOmegabV2_bluebackground"

- Delta background coloured red or green depending on positive or negative time
- fuel icon is yellow if remaining fuel is < 10 l and red if fuel remaining < 6 l
- rpm led values (for SliMax Pro manager) to match original ac porsche 7400 7600 7800 8000 8200 8400 8500 8600

Hi,

Nice template Memoric 77! but it should be fixed, the gradient gauge (RPM gauge) is hidden on right side by 2 objects.

Hey Zappa,  or memoric77

Being that its related to this dash,  Is there an easy way to Zoom this dashboard in to a point where there are no more Led's on the screen ?  being that i have the 5" Simdisplay with real LED's already, i would prefer bigger font, Rev bar, Tires ect ect, Vs the Extra Digital LED's.

Thanks a million

darn, ok so Being that the porsche Dash has A LOT of stuff going on beyond my skill or knowledge,   Is this something a rookie like myself could accomplish, or would i be better off finding another user with experience to do the Crop/Shrink down im looking at ?  Or is it a simple Step by step you could break down.

PS sorry to OP for clogging up his thread.    :-\

Hey!

little bit tricky to manage the custom shiftlights of the Cosworth Omega, so just check this link https://www.eksimracing.org/forum/index.php?topic=4559.0 and enjoy the new template with your LCD!
if you like this one, create a video with your rig in action with it! ;)

Cheers,
