Using G27 and Thrustmaster TS-PC together answered

Hello,

Is SliMAx Manager Pro limited to one wheel registration?
I'm asking this, because, my old G27 stopped working and now I have a Thrustmaster TS-PC wheel, but I still want to the G27 gear shifter.
To do that, I took the G27 main board, fitted it inside the shifter and obviously Windows and all the relevant software see 2 wheels, the G27 and the TS-PC.

Whenever I have both usb cables on, SliMax only see the G27 and I dunno how to invert and make it disregard the G27. Is it possible? Will I have to buy the Leobodnar adaptor?
Why can't the licence reg show both wheels or just show the TS-PC?

Both are recognized without issue as game device or shiftlights/rev led device, G27 don't need a license, it's 100% free so there's no issue, TS-PC alone without the Ferrari wheel is recognized as a simple game device (buttons only), you need to install the Ferrari rim onto the TS-PC BEFORE running SLIMax Mgr Pro to get a full support of rev led. Take time to read the doc online.

I'm going to read the doc, but the ferrari rim is always inserted... I just have this one, so I never take it off.

Hello,

be sure to select the correct mode of your thrustmaster base, test the ferrari wheel alone and as soon as it's working fine, then start with both.
Also, you can set the BYPASS function to true in the G27 configuration, apply, save and restart SLIMax, see the screenshot. The G27 do not need to be recognized by SLIMax Mgr so you can safely bypass its management.

I tried to change the G27 setting to False, but still doesn't work. SLIMAX when opening, if both wheels are connected, the Ferrari rim and TS-PC doesn't appear in the registration box.

If I remove the G27, then the Thrustmaster (set in advanced mode) wheel works as expected...

Hi,
Thanks for your report, the bypass function of the current G27 configuration must be set to TRUE not false and this will be addressed asap if it's confirmed but if for some reason the bypass isn't working the workaround is obviously to plug the g27 after launching SLIMax.

After a comprehensive investigation, your issue is NOT related to our software SLIMax Manager Pro, we can't reproduce it here. Be sure to remove the G27 driver and install the latest Thrustmaster driver (2020_TTRS_2.exe ). Check your windows configuration, be sure to select "Check For Update" to get the latest SLIMax software and plugins.

Both G27 and TS-PC are recognized by SLIMax Mgr Pro, G27 with bypass set is correctly ignored, see the screenshots below.

Thank  you for the replies. This is defo something on my end...
For some reason the Logitech G27 driver is inhibiting the Thrustmaster and disabling the G27, SLIMax fails to open, saying No device or Emulator connected!

I'll check if I can see something wrong with my OS or I'll buy the LeoBodnar cable and cross my fingers for it to work that way...

Hi, typically a driver issue, as stated by the support team, uninstall G27 and Thrustmaster drivers, restart, re-install the latest Thrustmaster driver, restart. that's it!
