The MotionMax 5 Manager (MMX5) SCN6 Experimental Edition is a powerful, extremely accurate and easy to use software to manage simulator based on Dyadic System SCN6 actuator for your experimentation and research.
Although SCN6 actuators offer an economical option, they are limited in load capacity. Therefore, we recommend to build a lightweight rig setup like a seat mover.
The MMX5 for a 4-actuator motion simulator (2 actuators per side) has been designed primarily for R&D, prototyping, and experimental use. While the SCN6 actuators themselves are reliable and well-suited for everyday operation, the current MMX5 configuration has limited load capacity. Once you add a seat, steering wheel, pedals, and a driver, the total weight can exceed the safe operating limits, especially during high-speed motion. This could pose risks to both the equipment and the user.
For this reason, MMX5 is not recommended for continuous or production use in its current form. We are actively exploring alternative solution that can handle higher loads at full speed, which would allow us to upgrade the MotionMax 5 software.

MotionMax Manager project has been started in 2015 and includes the full support of 6 DOF motion simulator platform (and its 2DOF+TL and 3DOF+TL declination), From PRO to casual with a full 1:1 level motion driving simulator to a simple cockpit or VR rig our 6DOF (or 2DOF+TL version) of MotionMax Manager is easy to use, accurate and powerful and supports a maximum of games.
MotionMax Manager is definitively a PRO car racing driving simulator software even if it can be use for flight-sim (starting with version 1.0.0.3 the software includes the support of 200 mm stroke and “Flight Mode” a new forward kinematics dedicated to flight simulation). The internal vehicle physics interpreter (V.P.I.) provides an ultra-realistic motion result in all car categories (Formula 1 and other open wheel categories/Endurance/Proto/GT/Rally/Kart/Jet/Helicopter/Airplane).
The 6DOF version contains an unique and exclusive “Yaw Dynamics” feature to accurately control the amount of the traction loss without the need of additional actuator.
