Select the Smart Launcher item on sidebar
Click the big + on top to open the Smart launcher wizard
Give a name to your Smart Laucher and choose the target game (in this example DiRT Rally 2.0)
Next page chose the trigger At Startup meaning at startup of the target game run the smart launcher
Next page toggle ON the UDP Proxy Server toggle switch
Reach the last page to save
That’s it, as soon as DiRT Rally 2.0 is detected the UDP Proxy is started.
